I recently brought my vehicle to Findlay Volkswagen Henderson on October 24th, and everything went exactly as planned. The inspection was thorough, and they even provided a helpful video walkthrough of the multipoint inspection. I also appreciated the car wash and the complimentary gift for my first service — totally unexpected and really awesome. Service consultants are very timely and knowledgeable. There is a process which flows smoothly and efficiently. I was kept apprised of the work completed and the functionality of the systems checked and tested. The wait time was reasonable and there is ample seating for customers in the service area.

Don’t even know where to begin my son’s Jetta TDI was totaled. So I found one with some issues after I purchased took it straight to dealership to have timing belt replaced. Then I had a REGEN issue and they said it’s thermostat, After replacing the thermostat which takes 3 hours took back to be told needed NOX catalyst replaced 400 miles after picking up car Turbo granades replace Turbo to have Nox catalyst issue again they replace it under warranty. I have purchased two cars from this company and wanted to provide an update on my post-purchase experience. In July, I bought a 2022 Arteon from this dealership, and although the sales representative is no longer there, the finance/sales manager remains. Recently, I discovered that some of my finance paperwork, detailing the breakdown of my trade and the costs on my loan, was missing. I had so many problems with the autonation dealership that I ended up taking back my car and just bringing it to the Findlay location. I had a rattling coming from around my rearview mirror area after getting my windshield repaired a few weeks prior. I worked with Bob and he was AMAZING! Multiple trips to the service department because they can't fix things right the first time. When talking to the service manager he makes empty promises. Service advisers make up maintenance that you need even though it was just done.

The service department at Findlay Volkswagen in Henderson is questionable. Took my car in for routine service and came out with a couple thousand dollar bill. I feel that the service department was misleading on the needed repairs and had me over a barrel since my car was disassembled in the service department with no other option but to fix it. After this horrendous experience I am hesitant to deal with any of the Findlay auto dealerships (service or purchase).
I ran a Ford dealer in NJ for years and was very skittish about buying any vehicle in Las Vegas. It is the land that time forgot with false advertising, fake stupid add ons that are pure profit and nothing more, and of no benefit to the consumer. Also will not do business with any dealer that still employs a system called four square and the salesman is nothing more than a greeter because he has to run to the desk/tower for everything and anything. I purchased a used vehicle that I was told had no accidents, well 2 months later I went to Car Max to trade the SUV for a car since the SUV was horrible in gas mileage.
Well, I was so shocked went they came back with the vehicle history, vehicle had been in an accident before, they show me the print out and the parts that were replaced on that vehicle accident.

Purchased a 2015 vehicle . Many issues with your people but not the car . First, Car keys, there was only one key fob and when I asked for a second key I was told that they would call the previous owner to see if they still had it . This is the first time I bought a car without the salesman trying to sell me a car by being shady. I never thought buying a car would be be painless--Thanks Chris We went in late evening and the price given at the sit down was the TMV for the car which was shocking most dealers try to start maybe 500 below MSRP and wok from there.

Where do I begin? They ruined my car while I was signing the papers. They made a mess of my spotless car when I brought it in for service and never made an attempt to clean the interior. They have a bad attitude and they treat me like dirt for no good reason. My experience with this dealer has been very bad overall. I'm not impressed in the least and my next VW will be from outside Las Vegas. I'd rather give my money to someone that appreciates it and respects their customers. Jerks.
