Snow Mode setting in the 2019 VW TiguanWhen it comes to the 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan, drivers are able to switch between four different driving modes to fit the performance you need. These include Snow Mode, On-Road Mode, Off-Road Mode and Off-Road Custom.

Snow Mode

When using Snow Mode, the engine is able to upshift earlier. This helps the Tiguan keep a lower RPM range and prevents power from going to the wheels too quickly.

On-Road Mode

When driving on a paved road in good conditions, the On-Road Mode is best. This mode allows you to combine both fantastic and efficient performance to match comfort.
