At 185.2” long, the 2018 model is an impressive 10.7“ longer than the current version and has up to 57% more cargo capacity, which means extra room for adventure gear or our four-legged hiking partners. Lastly, the 2018 Tiguan’s longer wheelbase provides both sliding second-row seats and an optional third row for the first time ever.

2018 VW Tiguan Features and Technologies

The 2018 Tiguan also features a rethought, refreshed interior with new cloth seat designs and an optional digital cockpit display, which offers drivers a reconfigurable display of key trip information. The Tiguan offers plenty of available comfort features like push-button start, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, a panoramic sunroof, and a foot-activated power liftgate. The available Volkswagen Car-Net system provides a suite of connected vehicle services, including App-Connect technology that offers Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and MirrorLink. The Tiguan also offers a suite of driver assistance technology that includes a standard rearview camera and available systems like Adaptive Cruise Control, Front Assist, Lane Assist, and more.
